The next Door to the Castle-Tavern, without Cripple-Gate at a Scriveners House, liveth a Gentlewoman, who Resolveth these Questions following.  
LIfe, whether it may be long or short, happy or unhappy? a Person absent, whether dead or alive? if alive, when return? In what part of the World it is best to live? Whether One shall be rich or poor? If rich, when and by what means attain it? A Journey if good to go it or no? When the best time is to undertake any thing that you would have prosper? Reports concerning Husbands, Wives, Children, Friends, Ships at Sea, or other things; if true or false? Whether a Woman be with Child or no? if with Child, whether a Male or Female? Whether one shall fall into the danger they fear, or how they may escape it? What kind of Person one shall mary; if mary the Person desired, and the time when? Whether the Sweet-hearts Portion be great or small? Money owing, if recoverable? Suits at Law, who shall overcome? If one may attain the preferment they desire, and when? A Friend whether real or no? Whether one may obtain what they hope for? And in a word, all other Questions depending upon Astrology, She resolveth: She Calculateth Nativities, according to the exactest Rules yet known.  
Lastly, She hath all sorts of excellent Medicines, ready prepared, fitted for the cure of all Diseases( that are curable) in the bodies of Men, Women or Children; she Resolveth what the Disease is, and whether it will end in life or death; If incurable, she taketh it not in hand: she also hath a proper specific that cureth Barrenness in Women; and a rare Water which beautifies the Face. She is to be spoken with from morn. till 4 in the afternoon.
