WHereas We are informed, that there is brought into the Port of London from 〈◇〉 in the Ship or Vessel called the 〈◇〉 whereof 〈◇〉 is Master, 〈◇〉 of Books, marked as in the margin, and specified in a Catalogue presented unto Us upon the account of 〈◇〉 These are to Certify that in pursuance of an Act of Parliament in that behalf made, We have appointed 〈◇〉 or either of them, with one or more of the Company of Stationers, and such others as they shall call to their Assistance, to be present at the opening thereof, and to view the same 〈◇〉 And the said Books being by them viewed and approved of,( His Majesties Duty being first paid) you are empowered hereby to deliver to the said 〈◇〉 or Order; And for so doing this shall be your Warrant.
