Dear Sir,

The General Committee on the liyerson Memorial,
having decided to make an Appeal on the subject, direct to the
Trustees and School Ratepayers, at the ensuing Annual School
Meeting, a sufficient number of circulars containing that Ai)peal
has been sent to vou for distribution.

You will, therefore, greatly oblige the Committee if you will
kindly put a copy of the Circular in each blank form of annual
or semi-annual report which has been sent to you from the Edu-
cation Department for distribution to the Trustees of each school.

The request printed on the Circular is, that it be read by the
Secretary (or other person) to the Ratepayers at the Annual
School Meeting.

You will kindly receive any remittance which may be sent,
and forward it to Mr. Lee, the Treasurer, 70 Church Street,
Toronto.
