The object of tlie Association shall be, to further in every possible way the interests, and promote the usefulness of Wycliffe College ; and, with this end in view, to circulate information respecting its condition, aims, purposes, and prospects, so as to secure general sympathy and support, to collect funds by means of annual subscriptions, and by donations and bequests, and in all other ways to promote its cfficier.cy and prosperity. 2. Every annual subscriber (under such By-Laws as may be adopted) shall be a member of the Association. 3. Every one who has heretofore, or who shall here- after contribute to the College a sum not less than one hundred dollars shall be a Life Member of the Association. u 6 4 The Association shall have a President, Vice- Presidents, a General Committee, an Executive Com- mittee, an Honorary Secretary, and an Honorary Treasurer. 5. Local Branches of the Association may be organ- ized in any Diocese in the Dominion of Canada, under such By-Laws as may be adopted by the General Committee. Each Branch may elect its own officers. 6. The General Committee shall consist of the Pres- ident, the Vice-Presidents, the Honorary Secretary, the Honorary Treasurer, the President and Secretary of each Local Branch, and not more than ten other members. 7. The President, the Vice-Presidents, the Honorary Secretary, the Honorary Treasurer, and members of the General Committee, other than the President and Secretary of each Local Branch, shall be elected at the annual general meeting. 8. The Executive Committee shall be nominated by the General Committee from among its own mcm- T bers, and shall consist of the Presi'der.t, the Honorary- Secretary, the Honorary Treasurer, and others ; the number to be fixed by By Law. The Executive Committee shall conduct the ordinary business of the Association, and shall prepare the business to be sub- mitted from time to time to the General Committee. 9. The General Committee shall have power to adopt By-Laws respecting the annual subscription of members, the duties of officers of the Association, the formation of Local Branches, the number of members to form the Executive Committee, the number to con- stitute a quorum of its own body, and of the Executive Committee, and respecting all other matters for the efficient carrying out of the objects of the Association not expressly provided for in the Constitution. 10. A general meeting of the Association shall be held annually, at such time and place as may be determined by the Executive Committee, for the pur- pose of electing office bearers for the ensuing year, and the transaction of business generally. 8 ir. Mcctinc^s of the Association may be called at any time by the Executive Committee, or by the President, on a requisition signed by not less than ten members of the /\ssociation. 12, No chanj^e in the constitution of the Association shall be miade except bv n resolution of an annual meeting proceeding on a report of the Executive Committee.
