Bailirt or Bailitl's to convey prisoners to the Penitentiaries, and tliat this Council ask other Counties to co-oi)erate in this matter. Tliat
the Clerk forward a copy of this resolution to tlie members of the Uouse of (Jiiinmons for Elgin, and that tiiey lie ask-.d to give thei)
