A communication was received from Rev. Simeon Colton, D. D., assigning reasons for absence from the present session of Presbytery, which were sus¬ tained. M., Saturday, to hear the report of the Committee on Domestic Missions. The Committee appointed at a previous meeting M 0 to install Rev. Archibald McQueen Pastor of Mt. ™ Carmel Church, reported that they had not discharg¬ ed that duty, and assigned satisfactory reasons for their failure ; whereupon, on motion, the same Com¬ mittee was continued. The Committee appointed to examine into and Big Juniper, report upon the prospects of a Church organization on Big Juniper, having failed to discharge that duty, said Committee was continued, and on motion, Rev. Messrs. George McNeill and D. D. McBryde were added thereto.
