A. BILL
To authorize the appointment of naval constructors in the Provis-
ional navy, and to fix their pay.
1 The Congress of the Confederate States of America do enact,
2 That the President be and he is hereby authorized to appoint,..
3 by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, two naval
4 constructors in the Provisional navy, whose compensation shalk
5 be two thousand six hundred dollars per annum.
