GThe grand Jury found the Bill againft the three. But 0shorn being fled, the Court appointed the other two to be tryed on Saturday the 2 2th inftant; upon which day the: Jury not filling in time, and fome other biifinefs intervening, the Court adjourned the faid Tryal until Tuefday , the Twenty fifth of November.
