 DEAR COMRADES.— 
 
 The Twelfth Aunual Reunion of the survivors of the 50th 
 Illinois Veterans Volunteer Infantry will be held in Quiucy, October 20 and 
 
 21, 1898. 
 
 Business Meeting at 10 a. m. Reunion at 2 p. m. Supper at 5 p. m., 
 and Regimental Camp Eire at 7:30 p. ra. on the 20th. Reunion and Adieus 
 on the 21st. 
 
 The lailroad fare is expected to be one and one-third on the certificate 
 plan. We therefore advise all to ask for a certificate when purchasing your 
 ticket. All agents will give a certificate when requested. 
 
 It should be reateurbered that a printed report of this Reunion should 
 be sent to evei^ member of the 50th whose name we have; as, also, to the 
 widows whose names are on our roster of members, and for this purpose the 
 iiiembership fee of 50 cents and yearly dues of 25 cents from each member 
 should be paid. A report and badge will be sent to all paid members who can 
 not attend. 
 
 Letters from absent menibeusoT extracts will appear in this report. 
 Pleas e sayid totirff^ Adjutant dues and also names of all Comrades who 
 
 have been mustered out during the year, with name and address of widow. 
 
 This will be Soldier's week in Quincy. 
 
 The 10th, 50th and 73d Illinois Infantry, 2d and 3d Illinois Cavalry, 
 10th Missouri Infantry and 2d aud 3d Missouri Cavalry will assemble here.
