 the receipt of which a Diploma, Badge, and Ribbon will be issued to you. 
 
 The ConstitutioiT provides, that should a companion-elect neglect or 
 refuse to make his Declaration and pay his Initiation Fee, for the period 
 of six (^6; months, his election may be declared null and void. — Con- 
 stitution, Art. VI, Sec. 3. 
 
 In the case of non-resident members elect, that part of Article VI., 
 Section 3, of the Constitution, which requires them 10 '-be presented at 
 one of the meetings of the Commandery, and there make the requisite 
 Declaration," may be complied with at such convenient time as they may 
 be in this City.
