Tliis organization shall be called the New England Association of Hamilton College Alumni. OBJECTS. Its objects shall be to promote acquaintance among the graduates and honorary alumni of Hamilton College, Clinton, N. Y., who are residents of New England ; to keep alive the Alma Mater spirit ; and to do whatever may be possible to promote the interests of the College, extend its usefulness, and increase its endowment. MEMBERS. All alumni of the College, resident in New England, are entitled to membership in the Association, and can join it by notifying the Secretary. An annual membership fee of one dollar shall be paid by the members to the Treasurer, for the general and incidental expenses of the Association. OFFICERS. The officers shall consist of a President, three Vice Presidents, a Secretary and Treasurer, and an Executive Committee of five members. The President, Vice Presidents and Secretary shall be ex officio members of the Executive Committee. Their duties shall be such as usually appertain to such officers. The election of officers and members of the Executive Committee shall take place at the annual meeting or dinner of the Association. The Executive Committee shall have power to fix the time for the annual meeting or dinner, to make all arrangements therefor, and to call extra meetings at their discretion.
