By virtue of the authority vested in the Secretary of Agriculture by section 84 of the act of March 4, 1909 (35 Stat. 1088), entitled "An act to codify, revise, and amend the penal laws of the United States,'' and otherwise, the following rule and regulation to prevent unnecessary disturbance of the birds on Big Lake Reservation, Ark., is hereby adopted, effective December 1, 1923: No gas, oil, electric, or other headlight shall be used on Big Lake Reservation in the State of Arkansas.
