Order 273, dated July 18, 1923, and effective on July 23, 1923, the following counties in the States named are hereby declared as " Modi- fied Accredited Areas " for a period of three years from July 23, 1923: Dearborn County, in the State of Indiana; Hillsdale, Charlevoix, Antrim, and Emmet Counties, in the State of Michigan; Scotland, Rowan, Pender, New Hanover, Davie, Davidson, Cumberland, Ca- barrus, Buncombe, and Forsyth Counties, in the State of North Caro- lina; and Bradley and Marshall Counties, in the State of Tennessee.
