Q. 591 grTAT^1 r April 5, 1951 PLANT QUARANTINE IMPORT RESTRICTIONS OF THE PORTUGUESE COLONY OF ANGOLA QUARANTINE REGULATIONS (ANIMALS and PLANTS) Imports of plants, seeds, animals and animal products must be accompanied by a sanitary certificate from the exporting country and are subject to governmental examination at port of entry. Importation of the following is prohibited: a. Animals' and animal products from regions where epizootic diseases exist, b. Plants and. parts of plants from regions infected with phylloxera and other diseases. The above regulations have been abstracted from a Foreign Service Despatch, dated February 20, 1951, from Luanda, Angola, entitled "Customs Regula- tions on Shipments from the United States to Angola," and signed by the American Consul at Luanda.
