S. C. l6l), the Chief of the Bureau of Entomology and Plant Quarantine hereby issues amended administrative instructions to designate the species or horticultural varieties within the genera Berber is, Mahoberberis, and Mahonia that, on the basis of evidence satisfactory to him, are determined to be resistant to black stem rust, as follows: I 301. 38 -5a Administrative instructions designating rust -resistant barberry, mahoberberis, and mahonia plants" !
