Q--UU5, Supplement No. h PLANT-QUARANTINE IMPORT RESTRICTIONS OF CENTRAL AMERICA GUATEMALA USED SACKS PERMITTED ENTRY A Governmental resolution dated December 16, 19^-6, to take ef- fect January 2, I9U7 revoked the resolution of April 28, 1923, which prohibited the entry of used sacks into Guatemala. The entry of used empty sacks is now permitted as long as these are found in perfect sanitary condition. Importations of empty used sacks into Guatemala shall be covered by a sanitary certificate issued by competent authority in the ex- porting country . Consequently the item "Used empty sacks" on page 8 of B.E.P.Q.
