 NOTICE REGARDING PERMITS. 
 
 Washington, September IS, 1918. 
 Under authority of law, notice is hereby given that, until further 
 order, no fishing will be allowed on Big Lake Reservation in the 
 State of Arkansas, except under permit issued by the Chief of the 
 Bureau of Biological Survey. Such permits shall be revocable at the 
 discretion of the Chief of the Bureau of Biological Survey and shall 
 be subject to all Federal laws, rules, and regulations governing Big 
 Lake Reservation and to all State laws relative to fishing on Big 
 
 Lake.
