IMPORTATION OF QUAIL FROM NORTHEASTERN MEXICO. NOTICE REGARDING PERMITS. Under authority of law. notice is hereby given that, until further order, permits issued or which may be issued under the " Regulations Governing the Importation of Quail into the United States from Northeastern Mexico," approved and effective November 13, 1916, will authorize the entry of such quail only between February 15, and April 10, inclusive, in each year. Effective March 8, 1918, Laredo, Tex., is hereby designated as a port of entry for quail from Northeastern Mexico, in addition to the ports of Eagle Pass, Tex., and New York, N. Y., designated by regu- lation 2 of the "Regulations Governing the Importation of Quail into the United States from Northeastern Mexico," adopted and approved November 13, 1916, and issued as Service and Regulatory Announcements, Biological Survey, 13, on November 20, 1916. Quail from Northeastern Mexico will be admitted at Laredo, Tex., under and in conformity with all the provisions, conditions, and requirements of the aforesaid regulations of November 13, 1916. W. G.
