Books may be drawn by any person regularly connected with the Galva Public School; but this privilege may be witheld tor _ sufficient cause. Il. No person shall draw more than one book at a time, nor for longer than two weeks; nor shall he draw the same book more than twice in succession. II. All persons drawing books are responsible for their return in good condition, and shall make good any loss for injury to books in their possession. Ne Any person failing to return any book as specified in Rule ut. shall pay to the Superintendent a fine of two cents per school day, for each day the book is kept in violation of said rule. The mon- ~ ey so collected shall be used as a library fund. Vv. Persons drawing books shall make out a drawing slip» in proper form and file it at the teacher’s desk.
